Ancient Journeys, an initiative of the Gulf Regional Economic Aboriginal Trust (GREAT), collects information you provide when you place an order or contact us, including your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, order details and correspondence. We use it to fulfil orders, arrange delivery, answer enquiries, process returns and protect the store against fraud.

Our website also uses cookies and similar technologies for the basket, checkout, security and analytics. Google Analytics helps us understand visits, device and browser information, pages viewed and shopping activity so we can improve the store. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can manage cookies in your browser or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the basket or checkout from working.

We share information as needed with payment processors, postal and freight providers, hosting and security services, and analytics providers. International deliveries may require information to be supplied to destination carriers and customs authorities. Some service providers process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information for third-party marketing.

Online payments are processed by the payment provider selected at checkout. Payment providers receive the information needed to authorise payment and help prevent fraud, under their own privacy policies.

We do not store your full card number or card security code on the gallery website. We retain order and transaction records, and payment providers may supply payment references or tokens needed to manage payments and refunds. We use encrypted connections and access controls to protect information, although no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You can contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information, ask about its use, request deletion, or raise a privacy complaint. Additional rights may apply under the laws of your country. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Deletion is subject to applicable record-keeping obligations and the information needed to resolve orders, disputes, refunds or fraud. We retain information for the purposes described in this policy and as required by law; we cannot promise immediate removal of every order or payment record.
