Our Dreaming Infusion Tea may be useful for settling the digestive system and is said to be calming and beneficial for insomnia.
Use 1 teaspoon (3g) of tea per cup. Pour in boiling water and let it rest for 1 minute if you like your tea natural, or 3 to 4 minutes if you add honey, sugar or milk.
