Hand-dyed using traditional Aboriginal bush dye techniques, each bag features earthy, organic tones created from natural pigments extracted from local plants on Anindilyakwa Country. No two pieces are ever the same.
This is a logo bag, featuring the Anindilyakwa Arts logo on the middle of one side – a pot on a fire with the words “Anindilyakwa Arts” beneath it.
While the bag is made overseas, it is bush dyed on Groote Eylandt by Anindilyakwa women artists, supporting the continuation of cultural practices through textile art.
