BUSH BLEND SEASONED ROASTED VEGETABLES

INGREDIENTS:

• Assorted vegetables (such as carrots, potatoes, bell peppers, zucchini, etc.)
• Olive oil
• Native Oz Bush Blend Gourmet Salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to  200°C.
2. Prepare the Vegetables: Wash and chop your chosen vegetables into medium sized pieces. Pat them dry to remove excess moisture.
3. Seasoning: In a mixing bowl or plastic bag, toss the vegetables with a drizzle of olive oil, ensuring they’re lightly coated. Sprinkle the Native Oz Bush Blend Gourmet Salt generously over the vegetables, ensuring even distribution and seasoning to taste.
4. Roasting: Spread the seasoned vegetables evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or lightly greased. Place the tray in the preheated oven.
5. Roast to Perfection: Roast the vegetables for about 30- 40minutes or until they’re tender and have a lovely golden brown hue, turning them halfway through the cooking time for even roasting.
