The pendants consist of two pieces of aluminium and an acrylic layer sandwiched together. This provides depth and allows the necklace to be incorporated as part of the design without the need for a bale. The pendant necklace is made from 2mm stainless steel and is 45cm in length. An Allegria Designs branded gift box is also included.

Description

This Gathering Bushfood Pendant from Allegria Designs  Aboriginal Family Connections Collection is a collaboration between Allegria Designs and Indigenous artist Kathleen Buzzacott  featuring Kathleen’s Gathering Bushfood Artwork.

Crops of her artwork are printed on anodised aluminium. The pendant comes with a 2mm stainless steel necklace 45cm in length and is packaged in an Allegria Designs branded gift box with story card.

Kathleen Buzzacott

Kathleen grew up in the Central Australian aboriginal community Hermannsburg. She is of Pitatjantatjara and Western Arrernte heritage. Her art is inspired by memories and family connections that have become an important part of her life belonging and identify.  These are shared with us through her designs.
